If you live within the city limits of Eugene or Unincorporated Lane County this is the place to license your dog or cat. If you are renewing or licensing a new dog, you must have a valid rabies vaccination. If your pet is already on file with LCAS with a valid Rabies Vaccination AND you have your license number available, then you will not need Rabies information to complete your renewal.
If you are renewing your license and have your pet's license number available, from either their current tag or a renewal notice please continue using the first option. If you are renewing your pet's license and do not have their license number available, please call Lane County Animal Services (LCAS) at 541-682-3647 for assistance in determining your license number. Please only use the second option if you are licensing a new dog or cat.
Privacy Policy - All email and public correspondence submitted to the LCAS web site is considered public record under law and is not confidential or private. Credit card information is submitted directly to the US Bank web site, as indicated by the US Bank logo, and is subject to US Bank's privacy policy.
