Overview

Currin Covered Bridge Parks Division Lane County Department of Public Works Currin Covered Bridge is located near Cottage Grove on Layng Road 1.5 miles from Row River Road and is closed to vehicular traffic.  Constructed in 1925 and restored in 1995, this bridge replaced an earlier covered bridge built in 1883.  The bridge has a span of 105 feet with a Howe truss design and is named after a pioneer family in the area.  Currin Bridge crosses Row River and is the only one in Lane County with white portals and red sides.  Ideal for weddings or special occasions.  Parking is limited to ten vehicles.
